Although the rooms are small by American standards, they are nicely designed and comfortable. Staff is genuinely friendly and helpful.Breakfast is great with good selection of French cheeses, French pastries and a variety of teas. Great location with rue Saint Lazare and Boulevard des Martyrs giving you a genuine taste of French art de vivre with cafes, restaurants, bakeries and all sorts of shops.

Staff was not helpful and couldn't care less about you. Elevator was broken when we arrived. So service elevator was the only option, which also felt like it was going to break. Booked a room with a balcony but when we checked in they said they were all out. We got a free bottle of champagne with our stay due to our status with Expedia. We repeatedly asked for ice to put the bottle on anc NEVER received it. We go to Paris once a year. I have loved every hotel we've stayed at there until this one. I do not recommend. If I had to say one thing positive, location is great, which is one of the reasons we picked it.
